Thank you for your interest in volunteering!

Volunteers at Rejoice Fest events are there to serve the tour in multiple volunteer capacities.  This may include anything from ticket taking, greeting guests, assisting the VIP team, helping the Race team, serving the facilities team or even offering an extra hand to arrange the artists’ tables.

The Rejoice Fest volunteer application is below.

We need an army of volunteers willing to serve at Rejoice Fest.  Ministry doesn’t just happen on the racecourse or on the stage.  If you have a positive attitude and an interest in serving, inspiring, leading and growing with others then we would like to serve with you. 

• We work with youth ministries
• Church bodies
• Schools
• Families or individuals

Event Volunteer Staffing

Requirements

1. Must be at least 16 years old (Everyone must sign a volunteer liability waiver and a parent must additionally sign a liability waiver if the volunteer is under 18 years of age)

2. Must arrive by specified time.  Check in with a volunteer manager on-site once you arrive.  It is VERY IMPORTANT to ARRIVE ON-TIME! (plan for additional  time to park, and find your particular check-in location)

3.  Check your email for instructions and location information.

4. Please dress comfortably with comfortable shoes.
